                                            Live the moment
 How many people are there in entire globe who could proclaim that they enjoy every aspect of life in full swing?  The answer is “very few “. Yes in this era of throat-cut competition everyone is running behind money and this is the infringement of first and fundamental law of enjoying the life.  For instance remember the voyage we did from kindergarten to collage were the most significant and enjoyable days of life. But when we loose our bachelor’s status, of course, I mean for after marriage we get overloaded with inevitable responsibilities. Our eyes only glimpses for common man usual stuff like a flat to purchase, it’s furniture, jewelry  for wife, insurance premium, EMI of flat ‘n car and fortunately in between this if you endowed with the gift of father ship  then investment for there future and  many other endless list of things like this. In a bid to earn money we convert ourselves into machine from a human being. Of course, I’m not resisting anybody from earning debt but money without inner peace is futile.
     Fulfillments of family requirements are essential and inevitable task. It last long for whole life but in all this where you are? And only sticking to them you doing injustice to yourself. This may become reason for encroachment of stress in your life. Then the best option remains before you to enjoy and live every moment of life. May it be spare time with friends, family, spouse or the moment you first heard the news of becoming father, your first honeymoon or the admission of you child into kindergarton, the
  In flood of those entire tasks we don’t recognizing that each task has its own fun-da-mental which means without being mental behind anything just execute that function with fun full mind and that’s the first rule to enjoy life with fun. Secondly embedded the qualities like eloquence, pragmatic and compassionate in your lives which are important to compile those soft moment at the right time. Enjoy your life considering it as a beautiful and gorgeous bunch of fun-full moment without interrupting your usual task. When you enjoy yourself at the synonymous time you make other happier too means double bonus. Because many time due to the reason of prolonged stress and presser which emphasis our self to be indecorum and this behavior become undignified and reprehensible for others so we have to see the face of embarrassment in personal and professional life. So before getting anguish and going into frustration just chill and enjoy each and every perspective moment of your life.

THE MIRAGE


When I was passing through my tender age of 12 our spiritual master emphasis us to see dreams to be invincible for the six enemy of human being i.e. lust, anger, envyness, etc.  But I soon realized that no matter how easily they was pretending to be but no human being could exist without these usual stuff.  By virtue of infancy that preaches doesn’t seem to be important until we genuinely start to carry our responsibilities.  I initiate to synchronize all my desperate thought to extract a single perfect thought and understand the virtual meaning of master.  Soon I reached to the conclusion that getting victory on these enemies make them your friend and do not allow surpassing you.  We must prevail them and better use for our development.

Induction, orientation and indoctrination are synonymous to each other. Induction is a process of new candidate in the existing organization. It requires a systematic planning to induct and make them easily adapted to the newer environment. A new entrant enters the organization with lots of anxiety and confusion so as to whom to report, whom to follow, what to do and what not to do. Thus is process is all about making an employee familiar with the new organization to make them comfortable to the working culture. It is very essential to make sure that employee is properly inducted and inform about work expected from him.
          Induction is not all about showing a companies PowerPoint presentation, but it is a detailed knowledge imparted from starting company’s history, its inception, hierarchy line of production and services, coverage and market presence future planning and so on. As there is no standardizes procedure for induction, it differ from company to company. Basically an induction process cover company policies and procedure, rule and direction, it also cover’s companies growth path, the scope of its expansion, expected merger and acquisition and so on.
          Induction as a thumb rule should be conducted within a month of joining. It should be arranged as soon as possible to remove apprehension and uneasiness from the employee’s mind. I would be very nice if the induction get conduction in the initial days or within a week as it will make the newer employee’s easily adaptable to the latest organization. In most of the cases during induction program a new employee provided with a mentor who guides and act as support to him. The mentor delegates rights, duties and responsibilities by measuring the potential of mentee. This is mostly done in the field of engineering and medical field where the new degree holders or fresher’s are assigned under mentor who act as a learning point for them.
                 An induction should cover basics like company history, management arenas including hierarchy, firms’ polices and procedure, statically and business figure, company’s vision, mission and goal, culture, values and belief etc. it should mandatorily cover HR policies like mediclaim, salary transaction, health benefits, house rent allowance, bank tie-ups leave quotas, detail about employee grievances, redressed of behavior issues etc. induction should include familiarity of the job which a person need to perform. He should be well acquainted with his domain area, department, job description and specifications, standing of the finance of the related department.
     Thus an induction program provide key to stability of an employee in an organization. The employee will stick to an organization if the induction will suit his requirement and will have long term stability with the organization.
